Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

I, too, was discouraged by the set up and dismantling of all of the equipment. Ms. Doster, my STEP teammate to the rescue. She came in and taped all of the cords to my cart so that they stay in place and I can simply disconnect my technology, store it, and my cords are in place the next day just waiting to be reconnected. I felt like a student who had just had their work modified so that they could perform at their level and still meet the challenge. It is no longer a cumbersome task that I dread. Truly teamwork makes the dream work!
